Magnesium Spray
Ingredients: Magnesium oil, Lavender Essentail oil.
TO USE: Shake the bottle. Then begin spraying about 7-8 sprays all over the body. Increase the number of sprays if required and it is tolerable.
You may find that it tingles, stings or burns a little. If this stinging type of feeling doesn't subside or it bothers you, wash it off after around 10-15 mins or apply your favorite lotion afterweard. It is said that the more deficient you are in magnesium, the more it will sting.
Try spraying on your feet and wearing socks to bed. When using on children spray thier feet also and use socks.
